The Jubilee Lion 
 
I painted this lion to commemorate the Queens platinum jubilee at a live painting event celebrating this historic occaision. I even allowed the public paint a few strokes of their own !!! The lion being a heraldic symbol wearing a crown on a background of the union flag. Painted using artists acrylic with the crown painted with two tone metallic gold for that extra majestic touch. The background extending to the sides of the canvas. The canvas is a Winsor & Newton cotton canvas. This painting comes with certificate of authenticity and has the artists stamp on the rear and signed on the front.
