The Year of the Tiger
 
Painted in celebration of the Chinese New Year, also known as the lunar new year. This year is the year of the tiger. The Tiger is the third of the 12-year cycle of animals which appear in the Chinese zodiac related to the Chinese calendar. 2022 promises to be a year favouring action and courageous movement.
 
Painted in acrylics on canvas with gold metallic streaks and adorned with cherry blossom (Sakura). The delicate cherry blossom contrasting with the bold and imposing tiger. This tiger will bring good fortune.
 
Measuring 23-3/8 x 33-1/8 inches (A1 size).
